ON THE TENTH DAY OF CHRISTMAS... MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME:


Ten minutes stretching 

Nine Zumba sessions

Eight glasses of water 

Seven hours of sleeping

Six electrolyte packets 

Five weekly hikes 

Four prepped meals 

Three cups of veggies 

Two daily walks...
