YES...We all have one! A STORY! And it might not be full of sugarplums dancing in your head or happy times... but most likely quite the opposite! Most of our stories consist of things like disease, loss, tragedy, low self esteem, lack of love & regrets from the past... these might be more of what we have going on upstairs. HOWEVER, many of you are walking around with an amazing yet tragic yet complicated yet beautiful story you need to tell the world... THE STORY OF YOU... and I would love to hear it! I know many of you might know a part of MY story... the most tragic part of my story is the tragic death of both my parents in an automobile accident in 1987. It rocked me to the core. Over 36 years ago and it still resonates in my life today. Now, don't get me wrong, there are many amazing parts of my story that have been the reason I have overcome a lot of adversity. From the birth of my 2 boys to the beauty of visiting the Greeks Isles with my husband... I have experienced a beautiful, wonderful life full of life long memories that I treasure. My relationship with our creator, God has given me the strength to walk through my pain and get to the other side. I have worked hard to not "pitch a tent" in the middle of my darkness and live there. Believe me...many times I wanted to just give up! I felt stuck in my pain and thought I didn't have the strength to get to the next day! I wanted to stay in the dark & live there but I knew that wasn't good for me or my family. Pitching a tent in your life during your dark times, and making it your home is not a great place to be, if you want to live an amazing life full of love, joy, contentment, prosperity and fun! Many of us experience something hurtful or a tragic loss and it cuts open our hearts and leaves us broken. Our broken heart will struggle to mend if we are not strong emotionally. If you are stuck in your "tent" of sadness, depression, anger, hurt & resentment then it might be time to change YOUR STORY.  In order to change your story you must begin with changing your thoughts... Here are some things to think about:

These are a few thoughts to get you started... and remember there are no right or wrong answers. I am just hoping you can shift your OLD patterns into new and more positive ones.
